IN THE 21ST CENTURY, MUSICIANS ARE LEADERS FOR INCREASING DIVERSITY AND OPENING THE BOUNDARIES OF CLASSICAL MUSIC.
Educator as Humanist Leader
AN ORCHESTRA IS A MODEL FOR COEXISTENCE BETWEEN PEOPLE WITH OPPOSED BELIEVES. AS AN EDUCATOR & CONDUCTOR, I CREATE A SAFE SPACES WHERE STUDENTS & MUSICIANS FEEL APPRECIATED AND THEY CAN UNLEASH THEIR POTENTIAL.
Music Curator as Intercultural Catalyst
Music has the capacity of creating a space for dialogue and understanding. I harness that capacity with passionate performers, underrepresented composers, and an audience of curious music lovers. Ever since a young age, I have found great satisfaction in bringing diversity beyond the concert hall and into the community to prove that music is not only a human possibility, but also a possible humanism that educates us about our diverse existence and coexistence.
AS ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, I AM AN ALCHEMIST THAT COMBINES DIFFERENT IDEAS AND PERSONALITIES, THAT GUIDES INDIVIDUAL PASSION AND TURNS IT TOWARDS THE SUCCESS OF THE TEAM.
